Established in March of 2002 Carolina South Builders, Inc located in Jacksonville, NC, has fast become a leader in the first time home buyers and military housing market. And, with their newest venture, Carolina South intends to be the leader in the latest housing trend by pursuing the vision of a new urban development or TND (Traditional Neighborhood Development) for their Lakes On The White Oak community.
Principal Owners
Carolina South is a general contracting company with an unlimited license, vertically integrated with three principal owners, all with extensive backgrounds in both residential and commercial construction.
James Maides is responsible for land evaluation, marketing studies financial analysis and acquisitions. James grew up in Maysville, North Carolina and is very familiar with the landscape of our area and has great in-site into the needs of families and communities in our area.

Danny Whaley is responsible for the management and over-site of all construction including homes and communities. Danny's vast construction experience and attention to detail ensures that all Carolina South homes are quality built to last a lifetime.

Elijah Morton is responsible for all infrastructure, road development, storm drainage, water and sewer installation. He has over twenty years experience in excavation work and land development.
